The Department provides teaching of profile and elective academic disciplines for full-time and part-time students of the Bachelor’s degree and the Master’s degree.
For students of the Bachelor’s degree the Department provides teaching profile and elective courses:
for majoring 081 Law, educational program Law, in particular, profile courses: “Labor Law of Ukraine”, “Environmental Protection Law of Ukraine”, “Land Law of Ukraine”; and elective courses: “Law of Social Security”, “Protection of Labor Rights of Employees”, “Agricultural Law of Ukraine”.
for majoring 081 Law, educational program International and European Law, in particular, profile courses: “Labor Law of Ukraine and EU Countries”, “Legal Protection of Environment in Ukraine and EU”; and elective courses: “International Social Standards”, “International Energy Law”, “Legal Regulation of Waste Management in the EU and Ukraine”.
For students of the Master’s degree the Department provides teaching such profile courses as: “Ecological and Legal Conflictology”, “Actual Problem of Public Law”, “Actual Problem of Labor Law”; and elective courses: “Biodiversity Conservation and Legal Regime of Ecological Network”, “EU Environmental Law (in English)”, “Practice of Resolving Environmental and Legal Conflicts”, “Acquisition and registration of land rights”, “Legal Regime of Waste Management”, “Management of Environmental Protection and Nature Use”, “Environmental and Law Component of Sustainable Development”, “Resolution of Land Disputes”, “Permitting System in the Field of Natural Resources Use”, “Contractual Regulation of Environmental Relations”.
